Contact Softwsp

Last updated:

We read every message and reply personally. The more you tell us about your product, machine or plant, the more useful our first answer will be.

Note for the site team: add the confirmed contact email addresses and company details below before launch. They are marked with TODO.

Who to contact, and about what

Starting a first project. If you would like a firmware scan, a machine component report or an OT Snapshot, the fastest route is the Design Partner form. It collects what we need to decide quickly.

Questions about a service. Read the page for your situation first, then write to us with any remaining question:

Reporting a vulnerability in our own website or services. We welcome good-faith reports and follow coordinated disclosure. Please describe the issue, how to reproduce it and the potential impact, and avoid accessing data that is not yours. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed. Report address: TODO (security contact, to be confirmed).

Partnerships. We are interested in working with testing laboratories, CE and compliance consultants, system integrators, MSPs and insurance brokers who serve manufacturers. Tell us about your clients and how you would like to work together.

Press and other enquiries. Use the general address below.

Contact details

  • General enquiries: TODO (to be confirmed)
  • Security reports: TODO (to be confirmed)
  • Company: Netbase JSC. Registered address and registration number: TODO (to be confirmed by Netbase JSC)
  • Languages: English first. Other languages will follow.

What to include in your message

A short message is enough. If you can, tell us:

  • Who you are. Company, role and country.
  • What you make or run. For example a camera, a charger, a machine line or a plant.
  • Where you sell. The EU, the UK, the US or elsewhere, since this affects which rules matter.
  • What prompted the question. A buyer’s questionnaire, an audit, a new regulation, or a vulnerability report you received.
  • What you would like to examine. A firmware version, a component list, a network recording, or simply a conversation.

Please do not send sensitive files by email

Firmware, source code, network recordings and component lists can be confidential. Please do not attach them to a first email. When we agree to work together, we sign a confidentiality agreement and give you an encrypted upload channel.

What happens after you write

  1. We reply within a few working days. If your message is urgent, such as a vulnerability report that is being exploited, say so in the subject line.
  2. We ask a few questions to understand your product and your goal.
  3. If it is a fit, we suggest the simplest first step. For many manufacturers this is a Design Partner report.
  4. Before any work starts, we agree scope, responsibilities and confidentiality in writing.

We do not send unsolicited marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing. See our privacy notice for details.
